My friend Little T died during the holidays, and her family hosted a Celebration of LIfe today, which was her birthday. We shared some great barbecue and then we told stories--about how we knew her, the sweet and funny things she'd done, things we didn't know about her. She was in a commercial with my sister for Disneyland. She helped me get my beautiful Border collie, Nan. She worked at the Wild Animal Park and she proved that dogs can laugh. She was on Good Morning America. There's an off-leash dogpark in Spokane named in her honor--
